Klever Work was born out of the same frustration you experienced while managing a business with remote team members. We pondered the same questions: What are they working on? Are they truly working? Am I being overbilled? How productive is my team?

After starting a remote outsourcing company with team members scattered across the globe, Klever Work's founder, Nat Smiley, quickly realized that successfully managing his team and implementing an accountability system to motivate them required a more effective approach. To address this need, he created Klever Work. The platform provided Nat's company with an unfair advantage, enabling more efficient and productive operations by providing workforce performance data and identifying hard to see opportunities for improvement.

It became clear that Klever Work could benefit the millions of businesses struggling to manage remote teams effectively so Nat released Klever Work as a product to the public, allowing other companies to utilize it and successfully oversee remote teams, ultimately leading to increased business success and happier employees who can enjoy working remotely. Witnessing other businesses achieve successful remote operations, reducing stress and uncertainty, and providing more people with the opportunity to work remotely has been extremely fulfilling.
